Interactive Website
The Course Assignment 01 was the second obligatory assignment of the 2nd-year of Graphic Design. This assignment was completed during the lessons in Screen Based Design 2, and consisted of making an interactive and responsive website with infographics. The theme of the website were to be revolved around the problem with plastic pollution in the ocean and the marine life affected by this.
We were allowed to come up with our own fictious non-profit organization, and we were encouraged to produce our own illustrations and content to avoid copyright infringement.
I decided to make this website in WordPress through the online server One.com, as well as using the Elementor Pro plugin to speed up the process of production. I decided to focus on the task, the message and the time on this task and therefore I didn’t want to spend time coding the website myself. The theme I chose was Hestia, and it didn’t affect my design in any way as I used completely my own design.
